Can't install Fitbit OS Simulator-stable-0.9.4.exe. Publisher Certificate is revoked

On execution Windows throws:

Open File Security Warning

Unknown Publisher

When I click on the Publisher I get "Digital Signature Details"

Google LLC

Viewing the cert shows:

"This certificate has been revoked by its certification authority"

Edit: Some screenshots. Since I cannot find the revoked serial number on google and no one else seems to have this problem I'm beginning to think this is a problem on my end

So I don't know a lot about certs but after some digging it seems to also be a revoked Digicert timestamp. This serial number actually comes up in google searches
