Can't load to OS simulator

ANSWERED

I'm fairly new to making apps so I'm learning by iteration, so I need to be able to test on the simulator. I created one program so buggy the simulator wouldn't launch unless I was on a known ok app. Now no matter what I do I get "Sideload of app failed. RPC call to 'app.install.stream.finalize' could not be completed as the RPC stream is closed" message. I even tried reinstalling the simulator. I loaded the simulator on another computer it worked once before also getting the same message. How do I clear this?

Also I noticed my watch doesn't have the latest patch so won't be able to run 4.0 SDK so the developer bridge isn't an option to test.

Thanks

With some experimenting I have determined it was the simulator cache files that got too large. Deleting the files solved my problem.
