Cannot find phone or device using CLI

When I was trying to install apps using CLI, my device and phone cannot be found. As a result, I keep getting the error below: 

 

fitbit$ bi

I logged in with my gmail account, which is the same account used in my Fitbit app. I watched the tutorial https://youtu.be/WkCKycDUgmU?t=365 and the teacher installed successfully after doing what I did.

 

Also, the Fitbit Studio connects to my phone and device successfully. 

 

Is there any setup needed to use CLI to install apps?

It starts to work today, without any change from my side... not sure what happened overnight 😂
