Cases opened with Fitbit support closed without any interaction

Hi,

My colleague and I have opened two support tickets with Fitbit development support #26430050 and 

#26499461. I received an automated reply with a standard list of questions and before even responding to it, I received a survey asking about my experience!!

 

I responded to the survey emails with the required answers to the questions but have not received any further notification. This is not right!

 

I would like to know what is the best way to get my answers if there is nothing related on the forums.

Hi,

I have the following questions:

1. We are developing a health-related app which requires the heart rate
time series data to be captured and stored on the server side for health
remediation.
2. Is there a possibility of fetching the health rate time series via the
Fitbit app or via APIs?

2. Is there a possibility of fetching the health rate time series by doing app to app communication with Fitbit app or via APIs?
