Hi, I just started working on app development using the Fitbit Sense 2 watch of our team. However, the watch was connected to the developer account of another colleague. I tried to email to appgallerysupport @ fitbit . com change the associated developer account of the watch to mine as instructed. It has been 5 days since I sent the email, but I still haven't gotten a reply. I know there is a post asking the same question, but there is no answer to it either. May I ask whom I can reach out to for help to change the developer account? Thanks a lot.
