Hi,
I have a Fitbit sense 2 linked to my colleague's developer account.
Now I should use this device on my developer account, to publish a clock face on gallery app manager.
I did a factory reset on the device and associated it with my account. But when I go to https://gam.fitbit.com/setup, I get the following message:
"It looks like your watch is already associated with another developer account. One watch can only be associated with one Fitbit developer account at a time.
Contact appgallerysupport@@fitbit.com if you need assistance."
I have already written to appgallerysupport@@fitbit.com, but I have not received a response.
Is there anything I can do to link this device to my developer account?

Hi @dev_abmedica - just on the off chance have you reviewed your accesses here for both accounts. They may need reconfiguring.
