Clock Face Order in the Gallery

How is the ordering of clock faces in the gallery. 

I would assume that it is based on downloads, views, ...?

  1. I see one of my newer clock faces listed on an earlier page than one of my well established clock faces that has a ton more downloads.
  2. I want to understand how to get my clock faces earlier in the order

I think it's randomised every so often, to give all devs a fair go.
