Hello all,
I recently made a clockface and attempted to publish it, yet was greeted with unclear results. My clockface was rejected since it “does not comply with our trademark policy,” yet they do not list below what causes this under the following line, “Please check the below items that don’t comply with our trademark policy:”
I can only suspect why it may be rejected, but without a clear statement I am left kerfuffled. My clock features Courage the Cowardly Dog on it, you can check it out here, https://gallery.fitbit.com/details/b028e7d7-71e0-4400-b163-d115c57480d6
Does anyone know if it is because of Courage that the clock is rejected? And if so, how can I get around that since I have seen other clock faces use The Simpsons, Mickey Mouse and etc.
I’m more than happy to provide any additional information, just need some clarification is all,
Thank you 🙂

Hi @Wyatt1467 - you probably need to provide proof you have the authorisation of the owner of that trademarked item to use it.
Even then it may not be allowed to use it to receive payment.
