Hello,
Has anyone else had clockfaces rejected due to price not being in the description of a paid clockface? I have updated two clockfaces both of which have been available with the same description for years. The reviewer cited the following guidelines stating the price has to be in the description of a paid clockface, but nowhere in the guidelines document do I see that specifically stated. https://dev.fitbit.com/legal/app-gallery-guidelines/
I waited over three weeks for the clockface to be reviewed, only to be rejected for an issue that is not specifically required according to the submission guidelines. Thanks in advance for any help, it is not a trivial task submitting a clockface with multiple languages and all languages having multiple screen shots of several clockfaces.
Sincerely,
Rich
- EDIT: I was able to get in touch with someone on fitbit discord who is trying to assist. Resubmission is straightforward and easier than expected, you simply upload a newly recompiled .fba and notes for the reviewer, also remember to update the version number, hope this helps someone else someday!

Thanks, I'm glad we were able to get this sorted. We'll update the AppGallery guidelines to clarify this and other requirements from the review process.
