Configuring as a Paid App in Gallery App Manager

I'm preparing to submit a paid app to the app gallery, and the submission guidelines state that I need to configure it as "Paid". However, I've looked over the Gallery App Manager screens a few times and I'm not seeing that option anywhere. I'm not sure where I missed it. Can anyone tell me where I should be seeing that option?

The option appears right after the configuration screen, once you click on the "Publish App" button.
