Connected device does not support API version requested by app

ANSWERED

Hi,

I'm right now developing a watchface for my Versa, but I've run into a issue.

When SDK version 2.0 is selected I can only run my app via the simulator. When I try to run it on my device is gives me the following error: Sideload of app failed. Connected device does not support API version requested by app.

I can run only my app on my device when I choose SDK version 1.0.

No updates are available for me on my device or my app on the phone.

Device version: 32.10.15

I hope someone can help!

Kind regards,

Christina J.

SDK 2.0 is only supported by Fitbit OS 2.2, so if you haven't received that update yet, then you'll need to use SDK 1.0 until you've updated.

My fitbit version is 32.32.10.15. I think it is the last firmware .

I receive the same message in cli command line and in the studio website.

Sideload of app failed. Connected device does not support API version requested by app.

Thank you for your help
