Controlling The Watch Vibrator

I'd like to write an application that runs on Android and connect to "fitbit" over bluetooth. 

I'd like to be able to control the fitbit vibrator from my phone application. 

for example : 

Connect my phone to fitbit over BLE

send message "buzzzz" 

fitbit receives the message and turn on vibrator for 5 sec. 

Is this possible on fitbit using the SDK ?

If I understand correctly, I think this would be very difficult. I don't know of any elegant way for a non-Fitbit app to send messages into the Fitbit software system. The only way I've managed to do it was by getting a Fitbit companion app to poll a server.
