Developer bridge is always inactive on new iphone

I recently renewed the new iPhone (iPhoneX)
On the new iPhone, Developer Birdge can not be activated.

It is always inactive after being connected.

Therefore, when using Fitbit Studio I must be sure to reconnect ionic to my old iPhone and I am very embarrassed.

Is there a way to solve this?

Are you saying that it doesn't stay connected, or that it won't connect at all?

Once you enable the connection on the phone, you need to select the device within Fitbit Studio. It will automatically close after a period of time though.

Yes. Not connected at all

Even if you enable the connection, it becomes inactive
You can not select within Fitbit Studio.

Even if you refresh FitbitStudio is always No devices available.
※ It is connected to the same Wifi.

Is it related that the device is iPhoneX?

I have no issues at all with iPhone X. But, you need to have the screen awake on the iPhone. When the iPhone screen goes off, connection with Studio is lost.

Are you definitely logged into the Fitbit app and Fitbit Studio with the same Fitbit user account?

Try this, in this order:

  1. Log out of the Fitbit mobile app on your phone
  2. Force quit the app
  3. Log out of studio.fitbit.com
  4. Log out of www.fitbit.com
  5. Log in to studio.fitbit.com
  6. Login to the Fitbit mobile app on your phone
