Feature request: add hourly steps to the device Activitiy/Goals API

It would be really nice to have this hourly activity goal on a watch face. The reminder ten minutes before the end of the hour is nice, but sometimes you don't have time in these ten minutes, to make the remaining steps.It would also be nice to see this value outside of the hours that were defined in the settings.
