I have noticed that the new version of my watch face although it has been published in the gallery app manager it is still displaying version 4 in clock face gallery on the Fitbit app.
I can't work out why this is the case as it clearly states that it was published 10/29/18 7:02 PM
I would appreciate any help or insight into this issues.
Thanks,

The Versa firmware, not the mobile app.

I think it's because the new version of your app is built for SDK2, and your device has not been updated to FItbit OS 2.2 yet, so the gallery is showing you the last version published for SDK1.
You can either recompile and resubmit for SDK1, or you can factory reset your device to force Fitbit OS 2.2 installation.
Best AnswerMy Fitbit app is Version 2.82 is this not the newest version?
Is it the app that needs to be updated or the versa that needs updating for user of the watch face to be able to recieve the updates.
