Did you by any chance do a firmware update or more likely a factory reset?

Advise against a factory reset in case it destroys the watch.

Is it possible to post what firmware is installed on the watch and the Fitbit App version?

@Seksit  -  You will need to reinstall the watch in your Fitbit App.

You seems to have a very old [original version] - current version is 27.72.1.15.

Your device doesn't support the latest SDK APIs with such an old firmware.

In the Fitbit App, click profile photo and then "+ Set up a Device"

Its like installing for the first time and should install the latest version.

@Guy_ Thank you, problem is fixed after i upgrade the iOS to the latest version, after that "Setup a Device" then it will upgrade the Fitbit firmware to the latest version.
