Fitbit OS Simulator 0.9.2 fails to start on Windows 11

When launching the latest update of the Simulator, it gets stuck on the "Here we go..." screen and fails to start. The logs report "No response received for RPC call to 'initialize'". I can install and run version 0.9.0, but on launch it immediately asks if I want to upgrade. The best I can do is tell it to upgrade after closing the app.

 

I am running Windows 11 insider build 22000.132

Update: 0.9.0 actually fails as well.
