Fitbit Studio stuck at Here We Go...checking login

I am trying to load the fitbit studio page and it gets stuck at "Here we go: checking login..."

 

I have cleared browsing data/cache and tried again. I've tried Chrome and Edge.

 

Is it possible to download the studio?
