Hi I recently started using the Fitbit Studio in hopes to learn how to create apps for my Fitbit. Although I can't seem to get the OS simulator to run. I use a Mac mini running the latest OS Big Sur. Is it necessary to run the os Simulator in order to create your own app?

@Baggins32 - I moved your post here. You are more likely to get suggestions here.

And I moved your post to SDK Development where it belongs.
No, you don't need Fitbit Studio (although it helps a lot) but you need anyway a Fitbit smartwatch to test first and to publish then,

So I was reading online about sensors available in Fitbit products, so I have the Fitbit ionic which as of recently I wasn't aware that it had the ability to check Sp02 readings and I also discovered that it in fact does have a temperature sensor as well. If there was a way to access this sensor id imagine there would be a script or code to run it. Just wondering if that was at all possible any input would be greatly appreciated.

All sensors available via SDK are described here

Now when you say all these Sensors available via SDK are they available for the Ionic as well. I was never aware that the Ionic had a barometer sensor?
