The Gallery App Manager (GAM) is the tool used to publish apps (applications and clock faces) within the Fitbit App Gallery. I have my first clockface ready and I would like to upload but I am getting the following message. I send an email couple of days ago and I have not heard anything yet from the support team.

Any advice?. I appreciate your guidance. - Juan

It looks like your watch is already associated to another developer account. One watch can only be associated to one Fitbit developer account at a time.

Hi @garzondev - did you check that you are using the correct developer account [it has to be the same as your ownership account] otherwise persist with the email to them to investigate.
