Is it possible to get Google Assistant to operate a user App installed on the watch, eg to start it with parameters?

Is there a documentation on how to make an app Google Assistant accessible and responsive to interrogation?

 

Like saying "Set watch alarm for tennis at 6:50" will set an Alarm in the watch app, can this be done with developer apps?
