Hi.
I need some help with downgrading.
Originally sent a DM on Twitter to Support, which told me to hard reset: "To do that, first is to remove the Ionic from your Fitbit account and make sure to delete the Bluetooth pairing (via the phone settings). Then, press and hold all buttons on the device. Wait until the Fitbit logo disappears, then release the bottom right button. Wait until you feel a vibration, then release the other buttons. You will probably see a red X message, kindly ignore that and setup the device again."
I did it - the usual 40 mns or so. Did not encounter any red X.
However, I still see Developer Bridge on the Ionic and the app, and the version is the same - 30.3.2. It seems absolutely nothing has changed.
I tweeted them again, and I was told this would be the best place to get help with my problem.
Many thanks in advance for any further tips assisting me with the downgrade.
Cheers!

Hey M3tax, wait 20 mins, then factory reset. You should be all good now.

I read that you need to call Fitbit to be removed as a Developer.
Then when you do an entire Factory Reset, all 3 buttons,
your Ionic should download the non-Developer firmware.

That did not add anything, I DID that already after asking Support to be removed on Twitter.
It did NOT work.
That's why I created this thread.
The 3 button reset did not change anything, was just a waste of almost one hour.

Right, you have to be removed as a Developer first, before the Ionic will downgrade to 25.
I had an Ionic that was on 30,
gave it to son-in-law, who factory reset,
and now he's on 25.

The one I gave to daughter is still on 30,
because she didn't need to factory reset.

Would I be able to also get removed from developer status?
