How do I update ONLY the description and screenshots, without uploading a new version of the app?

I don't want to have to update my entire app to upload screenshots or a new description for my app, yet the screen where I can add a description or screenshots will not let me update these things, unless I also upload a new version of the app. And when I try to trick the scripts on that upload screen, by selecting the same FBA file, and reuploading the same version of the app, it detects the app is the same, and won't let me update the screenshots or description at all.

 

Please help me.

You are able to update the description and screenshot without needing to "Submit Update for Review". You just need to hit the very easily missed "save" button right below your description input field (refer to screenshot).
