Hello, I want to develop some new clock faces for my Fitbit Sense. I see that in the developer tutorials, I need to enable Developer Options in my watch, as I intend to do my development on my Linux box. However, I cannot find the Developer Options in the settings app. I also cannot accept the terms and conditions in Fitbit Studio because it does not exist anymore. Where can I go to enable the Developer Options so I can enable the Developer Bridge in my watch?
Best AnswerHi @Enker I moved your post to the SDK forum, a better fit for your question.

Best AnswerGood evening,
I do not understand how using linux would prevent me from enabling Developer Mode on my Fitbit watch. It seems the pathway to enable it, Fitbit Studio, does not exist anymore. There is nothing in my watch settings that I can find that would enable it, nor is there anything in the Fitbit app that will let me enable it. Where should I be looking? I see elsewhere that there are mentions of "accepting the terms and conditions", but they date back to a time before Fitbit Studio was removed.
Best AnswerThis is a pretty common headache lately, especially since Fitbit quietly moved things around after killing Studio. From what I remember, developer mode now gets toggled through your Fitbit account on the web, then synced back to the watch, which feels clunky but works. It’s a good reminder why people lean on custom setups — sometimes even bringing in ai developers for hire —because off-the-shelf tools rarely match real workflows. Tailored solutions just save time and frustration in the long run.

Hi @Enker - just checking, did you manage to login to the gam.fitbit.com and accept terms, find the Developer Bridge in watch Settings, find WiFi setup in the Fitbit App under watch -> System and additionally find Developer menu, if you use sideloading pre Versa 4 and Sense 2 only?
