Hi, How can I use the sensors to detect sleep and or wake up of the user?
My Fitbit app would need to use this data. Any help would be great!
Many Thanks,

https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/sleep/ here you can find all of the informations about sleep api. Basically you need to make a fetch to get the data about a user.

Hi,
I think in changes of the HRV and how long the same HRV is.
Maybe only possible with real time data of the heart rate sensor.
I guess Fitbit uses similar method for the sleep stages.

Hi,
will you try something like that?
Or what is your plan?
Hopefully we will have one day accurate sleep stages.
But I also look for information to create that by myself, maybe with more detail and HRV.
Best regards,
Mark

Is the sleep API problem fixed.
Can't see that confirmation.
(Have still problems with my sleep stages and there is no solution from support)
Thank you.
