I want to send my apps .fba file to someone to do localized testing on an Ionic. I don't want to publish the .fba until after the testing has been completed. If I email the .fba file to a tester, is there a way for the tester to install the app on their Ionic? Can the tester just click on the .fba file to install it?

Why do you not want to privately publish the .fba to GAM?
The other way I think of doing this is to share the source with the tester and have them build and deploy the app using their own account on Fitbit studio.

How would I privately publish the app? If I click the "Publish Build" button does it give me an option to publish privately?

I think that, after you upload a .fba, you get a 'link' near the top of the page.

thanks, I just assumed that link was for the published version. I'll check it out the next time I upload a .fba.
