Hello,
Here is a scenario where we are struggling a lot both for android and IOS
We have certain inhouse apps that we have developed for fitbit ionic and installing them.
For the first time after factory reset / New fit , we are able to install the app well.
Problem occurs when we have to do a new build install , we follow below process. Assume our inhouse app name is XYZ.
XYZ is already installed well and paired with phone
Now we try to change the App face to fitbit inbuilt face eg bitmoji
Here post this step, we find that the app cannot be installed even after multiple tries.
Unfortunately since the new app face install in in always in progress , we get stuck and unable to do a fresh install.
Only option left is to reset the fitbit to factory settings and redo the install.
Please help , it is having a tremendous impact on our process.

Quite a few people have experienced this. I've never found it necessary to factory reset, but I don't know of one thing that fixes it every time. Some combination of these always seems to work:
- try to select new clockface in watch Clocks app (sometimes it installs but the phone doesn't realise)
- try to change clockface in phone/tablet Fitbit app (presumably you can't)
- shut down and restart watch
- close Fitbit app and restart it
- turn off Bluetooth and turn it on again
- shut down and restart phone/tablet.

It sounds like this:
You have side-loaded a clock which replaces the clock from the gallery.
To revert to a gallery clock, you need to go to the Fitbit mobile app > Your device > Developer menu, then delete the side-loaded clock from that list.

Hello Team,
What we are trying to install is not a developer app , its a beta version. Moreover we face this even while reverting/installing existing apps on fitbit.
To Add more info - if i am installing the developer version of the app vis command line , i have no issues installing the app.
