I can check the connection to the mobile application via
if (messaging.peerSocket.readyState === messaging.peerSocket.OPEN)
But it only tells whether Fitbit device has a connection via Bluetooth, not both Bluetooth and internet. Is it possible to check the internet connection as well?

Hi, in addition to the post of Ultimate0power: you have to do that on your Versa. But this only works when your Versa is in the Charger and connected to your PC/Laptop. After that you can go to settings, press it and scroll down until you see WiFi. When it is connected you should see an IP Address. You also can check it on your phone by going to WiFi settings, press it and you should see the name of your Home's network. Whenever the WiFi icon on the right side og this name is blue and says "Connected" , your Versa is also. The fact that the Versa needs to be in the charger is because the Versa on it's own does not have WiFi, but uses your phone/PS as a bridge to connect to it.

@talantbekov_k since your asking about writing code and not a hardware issue, I've moved your post to the SDK board.
