Hi everyone,
I'm a visually handicapped programmer and I'm considering a smartwatch. I have looked at a few of them but I wish the font size was a bit larger for comfortable reading. I could live with compromises - the text not fitting on screen and having to scroll it. I've heard Samsung and Apple smartwatches have more accessibility features, but FitBit (or Garmin) would be a better choice for me because my local banks support FitBit and Garmin payment systems directly.
So I'm wondering what are the options to implement not only a custom watch face but also a custom "launcher" or other kind of a menu system with enlarged font? Is it possible to achieve something useful using SDK?
Among all the current FitBit models, which are the most customizable?

You can make a clockface for Fitbit OS devices (Versas and Senses) with very large fonts. There are quite a few in the gallery already. You could also write a custom Exercise app with large fonts.
However, you can't change the font size used in other parts of the system (app list, Settings, etc).
