Messaging API

I'm trying to send data from my Fitbit Ionic to Companion App. 

Is there any documentation that provide how fast the data transmission can be? 

I don't find it at https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/device-api/messaging/.

How fast is Message API to deliver bytes of data from Fitbit to Companion App? Just wonder the speed of transmission. Can't find it in docs. Thanks

I don't think I've ever measured it, but it's very fast.

The data is small and transferred via BLE. In my own testing messaging is pretty much instantaneous, I haven't needed to test the actual speed. Unfortunately the speed varies due to different conditions and chipsets used.
