Dear Fitbit Developers, 

 

We are student consultant team from Tuck Business School and Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College in the United States. We work with Mr. Jon Barlow and Mr. Bogdan Florescu, and aim to improve developer platform for Fitbit.

 

After having collected invaluable information from two current developers, Mr. Wim Van Aerschot and Mr. Peter McLennan, via interviews, we have decided to get more feedback in a structured method. This survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes and it includes questions about your background, your opinion on the current platform and your payment service provider.

 

Your response will help us to better understand developers' experience on Fitbit Developer Platform and thus to propose appropriate changes. Your response is completely anonymous.
