Not being prompted to download the FitOS 1.1 BETA firmware

Hi all,

 

I signed up for Fitbit Studio but I don't recall it asking for me to accept the Fitbit Platform Terms of Service.  Now I'm unable to install the BETA firmware on my Ionic.  Right now I have 30.3.2 installed, and various device APIs don't work (e.g. steps).

 

Is there something I can do to force the BETA firmware download?

I've been doing some reading and it seems that 30.3.2 might be the developer firmware, is that correct?
