How to pass data app to companion ? for example data on heart rate in the app folder is sent / transferred to the companion folder

@SunsetRunner- in Fitbit Studio choose one of the sample companion projects - it would be a good place to start.

You can use messaging or file transfer (see here). Messaging is better for near-real-time; file transfer is better for batches.
You can't directly store transferred data in a file in a companion folder. You'll probably want to onforward it from the companion to a server using fetch or WebSocket.
