Phone does not show sideloaded apps

Im unable to see any sideloaded apps on my phones when looking at the developer menu while i have two apps ive sideloaded through fitbit studio. This is now getting sad since i can't uninstall the apps anymore.

I also don't see the companion app starting. 

Is this an android Pie issue? is there anyone who knows how i can resolve this?

I did a factory reset on the watch & uninstalled the app & unlinked the watch... that seemed to help

Not sure whats causing this issue
