In this forum I often have read that for example app <=> companion messaging is not working om Windows 10 Mobile. I spent a lot of time to find out if some misbehavior is caused by my implemation or by platform specific problems. Trying to pair a Ionic with different mobiles phones took me into situations where only factory result was the possible solution. And I even had the situation where the factory reset produced a device with "Data not cleared" where you only can send back the device.
@JonFitbit : Would not it be possible that Fitbit clearly defines what works and what does not work on the various platforms.
