I am using Chrome on Windows 10 Home to get to Fitbit Studio.
I can connect to my phone but I am having no luck connecting to my Sense.
Both the PC and the Sense are connected to the same Wifi network.
On the watch, I scroll to Developer Bridge then select Enable. The "Connecting" message display for a while but the Sense does not appear on the Studio device list even using the UI refresh button.
Switching to a a Macbook does not help.
Any clues?

Check you're definitely using the same Fitbit account in Studio and in the Fitbit mobile app.
The Sense should say "Connected" when it's ready to be seen in Studio. So if that isn't happening, you need to check the wifi setup.

The phone shows up on Studio, the Sense does not.
I have tried removing the wifi setup from the device, restarting and then re-adding network info.
Does it matter what screen I am on in the mobile app when trying to get the device to connect?

I don't suppose this could be an issue with 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi networks. Connect everything via 2.4 for best results.

Good thought. My wifi AP is only 2.4Ghz..

Think of each device separately. When you enable the developer bridge on device, does it show as connected? The device requires at least 25% charge. I'd also check you're on the latest firmware. It should be x.128.4.17

The device is fully charged.
Firmware is 44.128.4.17.
Steps:
Never any luck in connecting.
I have tried Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox.
I can find the device IP on my router and I can ping it from the PC

After doing: Settings -> Developer Bridge, select Enable, it should say "connected" after about 15-20 seconds.
Have you tried rebooting the device?
If that doesn't fix it, then maybe unpair it from your account and connect it again.
If that doesn't work, then maybe unpair then a factory reset?

I rebooted the device.
I tried unpairing and pairing again.
I did a factory reset.
No change.
I did notice that after factory reset, when updating the firmware, it will not proceed over Wifi but instead only Bluetooth.
Right now, I am updating to the latest firmware and the same pattern is seen - will not proceed over wifi only Bluetooth.
How can I check wifi functionality of the device?

Have you resolved this issue? I'm having this problem with my new Sense 2.

Sense 2 can't be connected at the moment because the software hasn't been released yet.
"Soon".
