Publishing a watch face

So I think I read somewhere that if you publish a watch face, you can no longer update it, is this true?

No, you can update it. You just can't edit whilst it's being reviewed.

This confused/worried me as well. May I suggest making the following changes (in bold) in the scary modal text?

Submit App for Review

You are submitting your clockface {{name}} for review.

Once your app is submitted for review, While being reviewed, you will not be able to edit the metadata or upload a new builds. You will have to cancel the review and restart the review process if you need to make such changes. Once published, you will be able to submit app and metadata updates for review, but the name of your app is final and cannot be changed.
