Best AnswerI doubt it. I don't think the hardware samples rapidly enough to enable sub-beat measures of anything to be meaningful, if they're possible at all.
Best AnswerI cannot find any details but the HRM sensor on Ionic is supposed to be very good and current PPG sensors are easily doing 30-50Hz sampling. Thus in my opinion hardware should not be a problem.
