Hello! Can I get real-time data from Fitbit Versa Special Edition via api to show a twitch on my stream?

Real-time data from the fitbit Versa family of smart watches is available through the Device SDK.  The documentation can be found here: https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/device-api/.   I'm moving your question to the SDK forums which is where you can receive support.
