Registering an app to get access to web API

Hi all,

My friends and I are looking to build an app that will use data from the fitbit. We would like to use the web API to do this. However, when I try to register an app, all the links just take me to the partnership page on the site. This seems to be established apps/businesses, which we are definitely not. Is there a way to register our app without going through this channel? I have seen tutorials that just had a simple form to fill out in order to register the app, but I can't seem to find the form on the fitbit site. Thanks in advance for any help!

I'm having the same problem - trying to update the redirect URI's for my web API and not able to.
