Sideload of app failed. Cannot replace an application installed via the gallery; uninstall the application and try again. Tried with 4.1 and 4.2 several times

That means that you have already installed the app over the app gallery. Because of that, it can't be sideloaded. So what I would do is check if you have it installed from the app gallery and then remove it or otherwise maybe restart your watch.
