Simulator still failing!!!!
It's 8 months since this error appeared and still it is not fixed!
Version 0.6.2 and version 0.6.3 runs for a few seconds, the the above screen appears.
Windows 10 Home edition with Nvidia graphics card, high end gaming laptop.
Don't you think from such a well known company you should fix this problem so your community can develop your brand for you??????
Seriously thinking about selling up Fitbit products and going to Suunto.
Get this error fixed, implement community suggestions and start treating independent developers with some respect.
8 months, new releases and still the error is present, unprofessional and a joke.

I moved this post to a new thread since it wasn't directly related to the topic you replied to.
Sorry you're having issues with the simulator. If you can provide me with these logs, I can ask the Tools team to take a look.
1. Delete %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Fitbit OS Simulator\log.log
2. Launch the simulator and reproduce the issue
3. Send me an email containing the new %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Fitbit OS Simulator\log.log
4. Please also collect a DxDiag report: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/4028644/windows-open-and-run-dxdiagexe and GL Extensions report: http://realtech-vr.com/admin/glview
You can send the email to devrelations at fitbit dot com.
Thanks

It happens the same to me sometimes (not always) use a Windows laptop. I couldn't find any pattern however.
Now I resurfaced an old macBook (dated 2009 but with more RAM and SD drive) and I don't have any more problems
