Simulator not displaying text, images, or color properly

I'm trying to use the simulator, version 0.5.6, on Windows 7 to get screen shots to use in the Fitbit Gallery. However, the text and colors do not display properly on the simulator so I can't use the screen shots.

The screen shot above should look something like:

 When I load the application on my Ionic everything looks fine. Any ideas?

I have the same Issue under Windows 7. In Windows 10 all works fine. I have partly nothing on the screen, just a blank screen. But the WatchFace is working because on my real watch and the console the output is there.
