Sleep status

Hello @JonFitbit & @SunsetRunner

I've noticed that there is an option to disable notifications while sleeping and that it works decently. Is it possible to expose this via API? 
I would love to have a watch face that vibrates every hour except when sleeping.

Also: what is the best way to achieve an hourly vibration that's supposed to vibrate when the display is off as well? SetInterval?
