Streaming biosensors data towards a pc (Win10)

Hello, for research purposes I would like to stream data from biosensors, in particular PPG and EDA data, of a Fitbit Sense towards a PC in order to store and process them. Is it possible to do that through the SDK? If not, is there any walk-around?
I also tried to contact you by the online form for research collaborations, without receiving any answer.
