I am in the early stages of development. I registered one fitbit device with my Fitbit Application. I have now set up a couple API endpoints to pull HRV data from the watch. I wear it every day, and I can see on the Fitbit app that HRV data is displayed. Every time I call the api endpoint to give me the hrv data is gives me a 200 code with no data in it. I then created another api that returned the profile info on the device, and the profile info was not mine. This device was previously owned but I did a factory restart on the device before using it.
Could that be the reason or could it be something else entirely? I am at a major roadblock of development, so any ideas are appreciated.
