Time for data availability in Web API

Hello!

 

How long does it take between the time a Fitbit device captures vital signs and the time these vital signs are available for consultation in the Web API? Is it instantaneously?

It should be not long after the watch syncs, which is every 20 minutes or so, I think (assuming connectivity).
