Hello!

Is it possible to turn off the screen? I would like to extend working time as it is possible. 

My next question is can I lock side buttons? And unlock them by holding one of them for ex. 5s.

This is not possible, as far as I know, @mgalazka. You can completely turn off some devices (instructions here) but that does not sound like what you are looking for.
