Unable to load fitbit studio after login

Hi everyone,

i'm trying to login to Fitbit studio but I keep getting the below error msg:

SSO: initialising
DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://corporate-webapps.fitbit.com/fsc-web-client/channels/prod/fsc.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

Is there any fix or workaround for this? I've tried refreshing the page multiple times and read up some forums but nothing seems to work. Pls help!

Actually, I have the same problem. Studio is not starting, and the only thing I can see is:

I also can see 404 on fsc.js.map, although I am not sure if it is related.

Another thing that shows up is 429 on sending paload to sentry (this actually might be something related).

There are no other signs of issues within the console - all other requests seem to pass with status 200.

Was there ever a fix for this I'm still getting this with Chrome:

Firefox does appear to work however.

Maybe it's a bit late, but try this for a workaround.

First login to www.fitbit.com of community.fitbit.com and then open studio.fitbit.com.

At least it gets you logged in and maybe set to  studio.

Usually it works with me.
