Using Raiju font in Fitbit OS 4 clock face

I'd like to use the Raiju (system font for Fitbit OS 5) in the Fitbit OS 4 version of my clock face. Just wondering if that violates copyright/terms of service, since they are assets I am including in my app?

You aren't actually embedding the font, so it's not an issue.

It isn't available on the device, so I've had to create it using images, which are included in my app.
